Edward Dreisbach
As the Managing Manager and Founder of Commercial Realty Associates, LLC, Mr. Dreisbach has devoted the last 38 years of his professional life to the commercial real estate industry. This was preceded by 14 years in executive sales and marketing positions with three major U.S. corporations: Firestone Tire and Rubber Company’s Plastics Division, Occidental Chemical Corporation, and Kimberly Clark Corporation.
A native of Akron, Ohio, Mr. Dreisbach has lived in Atlanta since 1981. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from Bowling Green State University.

Repeated success in delivering results across a range of disciplines and securing the entitlements needed to close very complicated commercial real estate transactions has made Mr. Dreisbach one of the top commercial land sale brokers in Atlanta, Georgia. His experience as an effective communicator and presenter with excellent relation building skills, give him the ability to forge and maintain internal and external coalitions of support across diverse groups in the highly competitive commercial real estate business environments.
Experience
Mr. Dreisbach is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club and has been recognized as one of Atlanta's Top Five Commercial Brokers based on the volume of transactions completed in numerous years. In his 38-year career Mr. Dreisbach has brokered more than $380,000,000 in land sale transactions.
Relationships
Mr. Dreisbach is a long-standing member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has volunteered his time to serve on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Forms Committee which creates commercial contract forms for use by its members.
